Three more months with mentors to get it running in your barangay.

Pick a mission

Start with a problem you can walk to.

  • Flood alerts

    Neighbors find out too late.

  • Barangay forms

Paper gets lost. Lines eat mornings.

  • Clinic hours

Nobody knows which day it's open.

  • Trash pickup

    No schedule anyone can find.

  • Hallway posters

Scholarship info that lives on one wall.

  • Dark streets

A broken light nobody can report.

Questions

Quick answers

Who can join?

Any high school student in Grades 9–12 in the Philippines. Solo or as a small team. Complete beginners welcome.

Is it really free?

Yes. No fee to apply, submit, or join the internship.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. A site, chatbot, form, dashboard, or a documented no-code build all count. BSD is a free builder if this is your first app.

What exactly do I submit?

A link judges can open without a password, plus a 5-minute pitch video (YouTube or Drive, unlisted is fine). Say who's affected, where, and why it matters. English or Filipino.

How is it judged?

Six things, 1 to 5 each: does it help a real barangay, could people actually use it, is it fresh, how much does it change, does it work when opened, can you explain it.

How much time does it take?

Build from home over 2–3 weeks. Not a 48-hour lock-in. No laptop? A school or library computer works.

I missed the 9 Sept kick-off. Too late?

No. The kick-off was optional. Apply any time before 23 Sept.

Who runs this?
