How do I pay for a featured post?
We invoice you. Choose Feature on a live role and our team sends an invoice you can settle by bank transfer or the method you already use with us. The role goes featured once the invoice is settled, and every invoice stays in your Billing tab. We never store a card.
Does anything renew or charge automatically?
No. A featured post runs for 30 days and then simply returns to a standard listing — it stays on the board, it just stops being pinned. There is no subscription, no card on file, and nothing to cancel.
Can I be billed in pesos?
Yes. Every price on this page switches between US dollars and Philippine pesos, and we invoice in the currency you pick. The peso figure is the amount you pay, not a converted estimate.
Is it really free to post?
Yes. Standard job posts are free and unlimited, and your company page costs nothing. You only pay to stand out: a featured post is pinned in the Jobs feed and included in the weekly newsletter drop. Nothing is charged automatically, and there is no card on file.
How does claiming my company page work?
Enter your website. If we already track your company, the page and its existing listings move under your control once you verify. Verification matches your work email against your company domain, so a matching address is instant. Anything else goes to a person and usually clears within one business day.
Where do my listings appear?
On the AI Alerts Jobs board, on your company page, and in search. Featured roles also ride the weekly newsletter and our community channels, which reach roughly 870,000 Filipinos. Every paid placement is labelled as such.
How do applications reach me?
Today you choose where applicants go: a link to your own careers page or ATS, or an email address you nominate. Applying inside AI Alerts, with a live applicant list in your dashboard, is coming soon.
Who are the candidates?
Filipinos who came here to find AI work: data annotators and AI trainers, plus engineering, design, and operations people moving into AI roles. Many complete our training tracks, so their credentials are verified by us rather than self-reported.
Do you handle contracts or payment?
No. We connect you with talent and report what your listings did. Hiring, contracts, and paying the person are between you and the candidate.
