About the role
xAI is seeking healthcare administration professionals to help train Grok by annotating data and solving problems in patient care coordination, medical billing, administrative workflows, and healthcare operations. No PhD required — professional healthcare admin experience qualifies. Fully remote worldwide, flexible contractor hours. US rate: $45-$100/hr; international rates disclosed during recruitment.
What you'll do
- Provide accurate labels and annotations for healthcare and administration scenarios to support Grok AI model training
- Deliver curated data covering patient care coordination, medical billing, administrative workflows, and healthcare operations
- Select and analyze complex problems in healthcare administration aligned with your expertise to enhance AI model performance
- Collaborate with technical staff to improve annotation tools tailored for healthcare data
Requirements
- Professional experience in healthcare administration or a related field (e.g., medical and health services manager, medical secretary, or administrative assistant)
- Proficiency in reading and writing professional English
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Comfortable recording audio or video sessions as part of data collection
- Compatible personal device: Chromebook, Mac (macOS 11+), or Windows 10+
