Automation & AI Solution Designer-2

About the role

Turn MediCard process and transformation work into automation-ready and AI-enabled designs (RPA, IDP, chatbots, integrations). For a Makati solution designer who can sit between business intent and build teams.

What you'll do

• Translate approved business requirements, process designs, and transformation initiatives into automation-ready solution designs (RPA, AI, IDP, integrations).
• Define end-to-end solution architectures, including workflow logic, exception handling, data inputs/outputs, AI components, and system touchpoints.
• Design AI-assisted use cases such as document recognition, classification, validation, chatbot flows, and intelligent routing.
• Work closely with AI Specialists to ensure feasibility, explainability, accuracy, and responsible AI usage in solution designs.
• Produce clear, complete, and build-ready design artifacts (solution blueprints, flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria).

Requirements

• Translate business requirements, process designs, and transformation initiatives into automation-ready and AI-enabled solution designs.
• Design solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant with MediCard’s architecture, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Process Engineers, CI Leads, IT, Architecture, Data Governance, and Security teams.
• Act as a translator between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
