Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the role

All4U Software Solutions LLC is hiring a senior engineer in the Philippines to design, train, and deploy production AI and machine learning systems, including LLMs, agents, and RAG. The posting asks for 5 or more years of experience.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build production Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Implement RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Deploy and monitor models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and apply MLOps practices.

Requirements

• Senior level, 5 or more years, building AI, machine learning, or software with a strong AI focus.
• Hands-on Python and machine learning framework experience.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Experience deploying models to a cloud environment.
