Senior AI Engineer

About the role

senior engineer to own the architecture and execution of Anyé Capital OS. This is not a basic chatbot or no-code automation role.

What you'll do

• Design multi-agent orchestration and task routing.
• Build tool use, memory, retrieval, and persistent workflows.
• Integrate model APIs and local models.
• Develop Python backend services and APIs.
• Implement secure execution, permissions, approval gates, logging, and auditability.
• Improve agent evaluation and failure recovery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced Python.
• Demonstrated production work with tool-using LLM agents.
• Backend architecture, REST APIs, databases, and asynchronous systems.
• Git, automated testing, debugging, and CI/CD.
• Strong written English.
