About the role
AI-native engineer at Avvoka building legal-drafting product features and internal agentic tooling, plus evals and guardrails so AI output stays grounded for legal use.
What you'll do
- Design and ship product features, orchestrating AI coding agents where they multiply output.
- Build internal tools, agents, and automations that make the engineering team faster.
- Build and maintain eval suites and guardrails so AI output stays grounded for legal use.
- Own performance and architecture as the user base grows.
Requirements
- Real depth with agentic coding harnesses such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking about data models, edge cases, and trade-offs.
- Solid grasp of web application architecture, APIs, and database design.
- Ability to define what good AI output means and build evals to measure it.
