About the role

Bento Real Estate is a Boston-based real estate company seeking a video editor who can create polished real estate and lifestyle videos, including AI-generated property tours.

What you'll do

• Turn raw footage, property photos, listing details, and scripts into polished videos
• Create AI-generated property tours using HeyGen or similar platforms
• Use AI avatars, voiceovers, lip-syncing, and other AI features when appropriate
• Create virtual property tours that feel professional, natural, and specific to each home
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Requirements

• Strong video-editing and visual-storytelling experience
• Demonstrated experience using HeyGen or a comparable AI video platform
• Ability to create AI-presented or AI-narrated videos that look and sound natural
• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Descript, Canva, Runway, or similar platforms
