Manager, Data Annotation Operations / Emerging Technology Enablement (ETE)
About the role
Capital One Philippines is hiring a Manager to lead its Data Annotation Operations / Emerging Technology Enablement (ETE) sub-function, which runs the labelling and annotation programs supporting the company's AI and ML workflows. The role leads a team of managers/professionals and sets strategy, budget, and process standards for the annotation program.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement an annual strategic plan for the sub-function, including budget and service improvement
- Provide periodic performance data to leadership by analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends
- Conduct scheduled and random audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Identify opportunity areas and implement process/service-delivery improvements with stakeholders
- Lead a team of managers/professionals: hiring/termination, scheduling, mentoring, performance review, and pay recommendations
- Maintain collaborative partnerships across HR, Ops Desk, and CRE to support service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 5 years of relevant experience leading and managing a team
- Solid functional understanding of labelling/annotation programs, data, and machine learning
- Strong analytical skills for decision-making
- Experience working in the Financial Services industry
- Amenable to a hybrid setup in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, on a night shift schedule
