AI Product Engineer
About the role
Casper Studios wants AI-native engineers in the Philippines who can own client AI product builds end to end — from prototype with LLMs to production pipelines, evals, and reliability.
What you'll do
- Own AI product builds end to end, from concept through production, on a client engagement
- Prototype fast with LLMs, then harden into production with data pipelines, integrations, and evals
- Do the data engineering enterprise work requires: ingestion, data modeling, and ETL
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients
- Own reliability, security, and cost: auth, secrets, PII handling
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines
- Strong engineering fundamentals: programming, debugging, and system design
- Judgment to get the most out of LLMs and know where they break
