About the role
CloudFactory recruits Philippines-based Data Specialists to annotate and curate data for AI and machine-learning products — tagging images, transcribing audio, classifying text, and supporting model quality assurance. Work is organized into small remote teams with paid training; no fee is charged to apply or train.
What you'll do
- Annotate and curate data (image tagging, audio transcription, text classification) to train AI/ML models
- Support quality assurance and process optimization for machine learning models
- Work is organized into small remote teams ("Toli") with regular check-ins and training
- Flexible 24-hour shift blocks; both part-time and full-time projects available
- Paid training — no cost to apply or attend training
Requirements
- Citizen of Nepal, Kenya, the Philippines, or Colombia, meeting the minimum working age in-country
- Windows i3 laptop (Gen 3–7) or better with at least 4GB RAM
- Stable internet connection, 5 Mbps or higher
- Basic computer literacy and English proficiency
