Software Operations & AI Development Specialist | WFH/WFO

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical, organized, and resourceful person to help manage and improve a custom internal software platform that our company uses every day. This is a unique role that combines software development, AI-assisted coding, troubleshooting, and operations.

What you'll do

• Use Claude Code and other AI development tools to troubleshoot bugs and build improvements
• Work safely within an existing codebase
• Investigate employee-reported software problems and determine their actual cause
• Help develop new features and improve existing workflows
• Work with web applications, databases, APIs, and integrations
• Use Git/GitHub to manage and review changes

• Very comfortable with technology
• Naturally curious and a strong problem solver
• Highly detail-oriented
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable investigating problems independently
• Able to learn unfamiliar software quickly
