About the role
Most of what models get wrong isn't specialist knowledge. It's careful reading, clear writing, and common-sense judgment, and that's exactly what this role supplies. As a Generalist you'll review and rate AI responses across a wide range of everyday topics. No technical background needed; strong reasoning and writing are the whole job.
What you'll do
- Review AI responses for accuracy, helpfulness, and tone across a wide variety of everyday tasks.
- Rank and rate outputs against clear rubrics, explaining your judgment as you go.
- Write the better response when the model falls short: clear, correct, and genuinely helpful.
Requirements
- Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
- Clear, natural written English.
- No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.
