Healthcare Compliance Specialist
About the role
A model will answer a compliance question with confidence and still point you toward a HIPAA violation: a disclosure with no authorization, a retention rule from the wrong state, a Stark or anti-kickback trap it never sees. In healthcare those misses carry real penalties, and a compliance specialist like you is who catches them first. As a Healthcare Compliance Specialist you'll evaluate AI on HIPAA, regulatory standards, and healthcare compliance, check the answer against current rules, and write the guidance a careful compliance professional would give.
What you'll do
- Draft prompts that probe HIPAA, privacy and security rules, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Review AI output for improper disclosures, wrong retention or consent rules, and missed regulatory risk, and rate the reasoning.
- Write the correct guidance when the model falls short, tied back to the governing rule.
Requirements
- Hands-on healthcare compliance, privacy, or regulatory experience.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
- Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
- No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.
