Mid-Level Machine Learning Specialist (LLMs)
About the role
DTiQ is hiring a Machine Learning Specialist with hands-on LLM experience to build AI solutions for global retail and restaurant clients. The role is Philippines-based remote with European hours.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy applications powered by LLMs and Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
- Build and optimize ML pipelines to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Take ownership of models in production—monitoring, validating, and continuously improving outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of our MLOps and AI engineering practices
Requirements
- Ability to work European hours with a remote team based in Poland
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering machine learning solutions in production
- 1+ year of experience working with LLM-based systems (OpenAI, Google AI, Ollama, or similar)
- Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
