About the role

Design multi-agent systems on Azure AI Foundry for DysrupIT: orchestration, Azure AI Search grounding, MCP tools, and production evals.

What you'll do

• Design and build multi-agent systems on Foundry Agent Service, including orchestration, hand-offs, and tool calling
• Build the Azure AI Search ingestion, chunking, indexing, and retrieval pipeline with grounding and citations
• Package reusable skills and tools (Foundry toolboxes, MCP servers, Azure Functions)
• Set up tracing, evaluators, regression sets, and red-team tests for production agents

Requirements

• Microsoft Agent Framework in Python or .NET
• Azure AI Search grounding with permission trimming
• Dataverse, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Copilot integration experience
• Comfort with human-in-the-loop approvals and per-agent Entra identities
