AI Video Editor

About the role

Remote contract editor who generates realistic AI UGC and direct-response ads for an e-commerce company, with hours on Australian Eastern time.

What you'll do

• Combine AI video generation, UGC-style creative, and professional video editing for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ads
• Generate realistic AI people, environments, and product interactions that feel filmed on a phone
• Build natural AI UGC with authentic movement, expressions, lighting, and smartphone-style footage
• Cut strong hooks and direct-response stories aimed at conversions
• Match reference videos and current Reels, TikTok, and Meta ad styles

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional video editing experience, preferably in e-commerce or social advertising
• Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated video content
• Experience creating realistic AI UGC-style videos
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form social content
• Experience editing for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok and creating direct-response ads
• Experience with modern AI video generation tools
• Proficient English of at least C1 level
• Availability to work according to Australian Eastern Daylight Time
