About the role

Junior contractor generating AI product image ads for Exchange Life and finishing them in Photoshop. Fully remote, about 40 hours a week, with bonuses on ads that perform.

What you'll do

• Generate AI product images using internal prompts, templates, and workflows.
• Overlay headlines and copy in Photoshop to match Exchange Life's visual style.
• Iterate on designs based on team feedback and ad performance.
• Keep the AI image library organized and up to date.

Requirements

• Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Solid grasp of text placement and typography for ad creatives.
• A portfolio showing clean, polished design work.
• Able to follow a creative brief independently.
• Clear written and spoken English.
