AI-Native Video Editor (Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads)

About the role

Flux Sleep (Shopify DTC) is hiring an AI-native editor whose whole job is high-converting Meta video ads. You cut DR ads and generate assets with ElevenLabs, Kling, Runway/Pika — not a cinematic reel role.

What you'll do

• Edit fast-paced direct-response video ads for Facebook and Instagram feeds, Reels, and Stories
• Use ElevenLabs, Kling/Seedance, and Runway/Pika to generate voiceover, assets, and b-roll
• Cut multiple hook variations for the first 3 seconds of every concept
• Iterate winning ads by swapping b-roll, text overlays, and pacing

Requirements

• Deep Meta/direct-response ad editing experience
• AI-native workflow: comfortable generating assets, not only cutting footage
• Portfolio of profitable e-commerce video ads, not cinematic shorts
• Expert in Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut, or CapCut PC plus an AI stack
