Forward Deployed Engineer
About the role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at ElevenLabs, you'll be embedded with their most strategic enterprise customers — designing and building tailored integrations that unlock the full potential of ElevenLabs' AI voice and audio platform. You'll own complex, high-impact technical projects end-to-end, collaborating directly with customer engineering teams and executives to deliver measurable results. ElevenLabs explicitly states this role is remote and can be executed globally.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of major technical projects for ElevenLabs' most strategic enterprise partners — from architecture design through to full-scale integration delivery
- Collaborate daily with customer engineers and executive teams to ensure optimal use of ElevenLabs' AI audio and voice technologies
- Apply creative problem-solving and engineering skills to solve complex challenges, making a real difference for clients pushing the boundaries of what's possible with voice AI
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge — including software architecture, systems design, and API integration
- Experience working with customers in any capacity (professional, student clubs, or side projects) with genuine interest in technical customer-facing work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to summarize complex technical concepts clearly and pursue optimal solutions under ambiguity
