Automation AI Engineer
About the role
GigaBrands is hiring an Automation AI Engineer to build and scale AI communication pipelines, RAG, sales-intelligence briefs, and multi-agent content quality gates on a live internal platform. The role is remote and explicitly open to the Philippines.
What you'll do
- Build AI communication pipelines that classify inbound messages and generate contextual responses
- Scale a RAG system with embeddings, markdown-aware chunking, and a semantic search API
- Generate pre-call intelligence briefs from enrichment data
- Run a multi-agent content quality pipeline with binary PASS/FAIL gates
- Automate lead qualification scoring and Slack/email executive-assistant workflows
Requirements
- Engineer who operates at the intersection of AI and production systems
- Able to build and scale full-stack AI-powered infrastructure
- Remote role; Philippines is an explicit eligible location
