Manager - Applied AI/ML for Hyper-Personalization
About the role
Leads Globe’s applied AI and machine learning work for campaign hyper-personalization: models from development through operationalization, plus day-to-day execution of the data science team.
What you'll do
- Champion data science, AI, and machine learning; partner with stakeholders to apply AI, ML, and advanced analytics for campaign hyper-personalization and new AI use cases.
- Conceptualize, design, develop and implement machine learning and AI models for campaign targeting and offers, including propensity models and recommender systems.
- Deliver models end-to-end from exploratory data analysis through operationalization and monitoring of model performance.
- Lead the data science team’s day-to-day execution, backlog prioritization, workload balance, and impediments.
- Ensure AI scores and models are running to support regular campaign runs and hyper-personalized offers.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration where AI techniques are involved and recommend how to integrate AI and analytics into the work process or platforms.
