About the role
HedgeServ AI Engineer on a proprietary platform enhanced by machine learning and robotic process automation for fund administration. Applying may require a LinkedIn account (inventory listing).
What you'll do
- Participate in ideation, planning, testing, and rollout phases of automation projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues logged by users in a timely and effective manner
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes
- Test new automation features and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- Experience as an AI or automation engineer
- Ability to participate in planning, testing, and rollout of automation projects
- Able to troubleshoot user-logged issues and maintain documentation
