n8n and AI Automation Specialist

About the role

High Ticket Hero is an Australian coaching company looking for an n8n and AI Automation Specialist to remove manual work and build AI into how the team operates.

What you'll do

• Build n8n workflows that remove manual work across the stack and client stacks.
• Build AI into operations: lead scoring, call summaries, content repurposing, data enrichment, and internal agents people actually use.
• Build website chat bots for the company and client sites.
• Feed reporting and metrics inside GoHighLevel from your automations.
• Write short Loom explainers for every build and upskill the rest of the team on AI use.

Requirements

• Proven n8n builds, not courses.
• GoHighLevel: pipelines, custom fields, custom values, tags, workflows, dashboard widgets.
• AI APIs (OpenAI or Claude): prompting, chaining, forcing structured JSON, handling failures.
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, basic JavaScript in code nodes.
• Excellent written and spoken English for calls and video.
