About the role
HumanSignal Labs recruits individual contributors worldwide for paid AI-training data work: reviewing and rating AI model responses, collecting real-world data (images, audio, text), and domain-expert evaluation for advanced AI systems. Work is organized into short paid projects rather than a single ongoing job; rates are shown before each project starts.
What you'll do
- AI response evaluation track: rate/review AI model outputs, roughly $22-45/hr per the platform's published rate band
- Data collection track: capture real-world data (photos, audio, text) for AI training, roughly $15-35/hr per the platform's published rate band
- Domain expert review track: subject-matter evaluation of AI outputs, roughly $60-180/hr for qualifying experts
- Weekly payout cadence claimed by the platform
- Philippines is confirmed among the eligible contributor countries via HumanSignal's own hiring postings
Requirements
- Reside in the Philippines or another eligible contributor country
- Comfortable working independently on structured, project-based assignments
