About the role
IgniteTech wants a Staff Software Engineer in the Philippines who thinks in systems and would rather teach an agent to handle a class of work than do it once. The team already ships with AI agents as the core engineering model.
What you'll do
- Teach AI agents to handle classes of engineering work rather than doing the work once
- Sit at the intersection of product development and agent orchestration
- Ship enterprise-grade community engagement and social media management software with a small senior team
Requirements
- Staff-level software engineering experience
- Comfortable rebuilding workflows around AI agents, not bolting AI onto old processes
- Able to work from the Philippines on a remote team
