About the role
Remote research data scientist at Innodata working on generative AI, LLM evaluation, NLP, multimodal models, and turning research into delivery-ready methods.
What you'll do
- Conduct research in generative AI, LLMs, NLP, multimodal AI, model evaluation, and AI data.
- Design and analyze experiments that evaluate and improve AI/ML models.
- Build prototypes and research pipelines in Python and relevant ML frameworks.
- Develop LLM evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, datasets, and criteria.
- Turn research findings into practical methods the delivery organization can use.
Requirements
- Strong research orientation with real statistical and analytical capability.
- Experience across generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or model evaluation.
- Ability to work with researchers, AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and client-facing teams.
