Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

iQor in Alabang is hiring a forward deployed engineer to design and ship production AI agents, including RAG, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop controls.

What you'll do

• Design agent architectures, including single-agent, multi-agent, and orchestrator/worker patterns.
• Build agents on Microsoft Copilot Studio and code-first frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain, or Autogen.
• Engineer system prompts and reasoning flows, with deterministic guardrails around model behavior.
• Define tool and function calling, including API actions, connectors, and custom plugins.
• Implement human-in-the-loop checkpoints and escalation paths for higher-risk decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• RAG implementation experience end to end, including vector stores and retrieval tuning.
• Azure AI Foundry experience, including deployments, quotas, content filters, and model routing.
