About the role

What you'll do
- Design AI-driven modules for healthcare professional targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.
- Build and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents using LangChain and RAG pipelines.
- Train and fine-tune machine learning models for personalization and chatbots.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores for production AI.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, and vector databases such as Pinecone or FAISS.
- Hands-on ML Ops, model deployment, and data pipeline orchestration.
- Hands-on coding ability is required.
