AI Training Contributor - Ilocano
About the role
Lilt is hiring Ilocano-fluent reviewers in the Philippines to evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs, correct text, review multimedia, and contribute voice data for model training.
What you'll do
- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs across diverse task types.
- Review and correct text and analyze multimedia content.
- Contribute voice recordings when asked.
- Provide concise, structured annotations that can be used directly for model improvement.
- Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA.
Requirements
- Native fluency in Ilocano.
- Strong command of English.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and nuanced cultural judgment.
