Linguistic AI Auditor – Tagalog
About the role
RWS TrainAI is hiring a Tagalog-speaking Linguistic AI Auditor to evaluate AI-generated conversations and help improve the quality of AI-driven communication. You'll assess chatbot dialogues across three core dimensions — Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality — using structured guidelines on a proprietary platform. Freelance contract, remote, ~4 hours/day, 2-month project.
What you'll do
- Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations generated by AI models across three quality dimensions: Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality.
- Follow project-specific evaluation guidelines to ensure consistent, reproducible assessments.
- Use a proprietary client platform to log evaluations and structured feedback.
- Aim for approximately 4 hours of productive work per business day.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Tagalog.
- Degree in Translation/Linguistics or a related field, OR professional experience as a linguist.
- Availability to start immediately and commit for the full 2-month project duration.
- Must be a freelancer or private individual (companies not accepted for this project).
- Willingness to complete a project-specific qualification test.
