About the role
Full-time role designing and maintaining AI-powered automations for a marketing agency and its clients: agents, chatbots, and connections across CRM, ads, and email. The posting asks for hands-on LLM and automation experience and direct work with US clients.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations across marketing, sales, and operations.
- Orchestrate AI agents and tools such as Claude, GPT, Make, Zapier, and n8n across CRM, email, ad platforms, and analytics.
- Build custom GPT or Claude tools, chatbots, and internal assistants.
- Translate business needs into automated workflows and integrate them with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Meta or Google Ads, and email or SMS.
- Document processes, train teams, and keep existing automations running.
Requirements
- Proven experience building automations with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar) and prompt or agent design.
- Marketing background or a strong understanding of lead gen, CRM, email or SMS, ads, and reporting.
- Strong English and comfort working directly with US clients.
