Requirements

• Real Meta Ads video editing experience, paid ads not organic reels.
• Active production use of Higgsfield, Nano Banana, and Veo 3. Do not apply without that.
• Fast, hook-first editing and subtitles that support retention.
• Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, or an equivalent editor.
