About the role
Accountants, finance professionals, and people with a background in banking, FP&A or consulting can help train AI by reviewing how it handles finance and business tasks. What you'll do
- Review and evaluate AI agent responses to finance tasks to help train AI, and give clear, structured feedback
- Write realistic, multi step finance and business process prompts that mirror real industry work
- Create detailed, objective rubrics to judge the quality, accuracy and completeness of AI outputs
- Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to design and review tasks
- Document every assessment clearly in written English
- Work with project coordinators online to meet deliverable standards
Requirements
- Preferred: Professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or related fields
- Preferred: Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, for analysis and documentation
- Preferred: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Preferred: Attention to detail and consistency in following evaluation guidelines
- Preferred: Able to independently produce objective, structured assessments against clear criteria
- Nice to have: experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation
