About the role

What you'll do
- Run structured evaluation tasks that simulate developer work with AI powered tools, to help train AI
- Grade the technical correctness of AI outputs by checking results in real development environments
- Build and maintain repeatable test environments, such as repositories with real commit histories and CI workflows
- Set up, document and troubleshoot integrations and sign in flows across software services
- Document undocumented product behavior through hands on testing
- Join calibration sessions so grading stays consistent across contributors
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience with strong Git and GitHub workflows, including pull requests, code review, branching and CI log diagnosis
- Proficiency with CI and CD systems, ideally GitHub Actions, including writing custom workflows
- Advanced scripting in Python or Bash, with a solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth and webhooks
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Slack, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Experience using AI assistants or agent tools in daily developer work, and with connectors in Claude and ChatGPT
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal English
- Nice to have: background in technical QA, evaluation or data annotation, and familiarity with the Model Context Protocol
