As a Social Media Content + Creative VA, you will: Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.

What you'll do

• As a Social Media Content + Creative VA, you will: Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages to help maintain audience engagement.
• Design and edit graphics for social media posts, paid advertisements, and marketing campaigns while ensuring visual consistency across client accounts.
• Edit short-form videos and create engaging promotional content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Utilize AI image and video generation tools, including writing prompts and refining AI-generated assets to meet brand standards.
• Organize creative assets, maintain content libraries, and support the marketing team in preparing campaign materials.
• Ensure all published content adheres to approved content calendars and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Non-negotiables Proven professional experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong graphic design, photo editing, and visual content creation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Hands-on experience editing short-form social media videos using modern desktop or mobile editing tools.
• Practical experience using AI content generation tools and prompt engineering for creative asset production.
• Proficiency with creative software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with an international marketing team.
