About the role
Mindrift, run by Toloka AI BV, connects contributors with AI training projects for frontier labs — rating, correcting, and evaluating model outputs (RLHF), plus expert-tier tasks in math, code, and healthcare. Work is assigned per project rather than on a fixed schedule.
What you'll do
- Contribute to RLHF and model-evaluation projects used by frontier AI labs
- Generalist tasks and expert-tier tracks (math, code, healthcare) pay different rates
- Bi-monthly payout cycle, paid on the 5th and 20th of each month
- Philippines is explicitly listed in Mindrift's country pool per 2026 reviews
- No fee to join or start tasks
Requirements
- Reliable internet access and a device suitable for the assigned task type
- Payoneer, Papara, or Mellow account to receive payouts
- For expert-tier tracks: verifiable domain expertise (math, code, healthcare, etc.)
- Comfort working without a guaranteed task volume — availability is project-based and can be inconsistent
