Lead, Machine Learning Operations Engineer
About the role
GCash (Mynt) in NCR is hiring a Lead ML Operations Engineer to own production machine-learning model monitoring, serving (including GenAI apps), CI/CD, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end monitoring and upkeep of production machine learning models, including performance and drift
- Diagnose issues across model deployment, runtime, data pipelines, and infrastructure
- Ensure high-availability ML serving including data pipelines, model APIs, and GenAI apps
- Build automations and platforms to scale model monitoring
- Implement and optimize automated CI/CD for faster model deployment
- Optimize serving infrastructure on AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years in a production environment covering MLOps, DevOps, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Proven expertise in MLOps: model deployment, proactive monitoring, and performance tuning
- Able to triage and resolve production incidents within SLAs and lead post-mortems
