AI Content Producer (Short-Form Video)

About the role

Responsible for converting scripts into AI-generated short-form vertical videos using image and video generation tools. Owns prompt engineering, visual consistency, and production delivery from concept to final output.

What you'll do

• Translate scripts into structured visual prompts for AI image and video generation
• Produce high-quality 60-90s vertical videos optimized for engagement and retention
• Ensure character, wardrobe, and environment continuity across scenes
• Troubleshoot and refine AI outputs to meet quality standards
• Optimize AI tool usage for efficiency and cost control

Requirements

• Strong prompt engineering skills (structured prompts, style control, continuity control)
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools
• Working experience with AI video generation tools
• Understanding of visual composition, lighting, framing, and cinematic storytelling
• Ability to debug inconsistent or low-quality AI outputs
• Familiarity with vertical video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
