AI Brain Architect

About the role

New Wave Digital hires someone to turn client discovery into an AI Brain blueprint: process maps and agent spec cards for small US businesses.

What you'll do

• Review completed AI Brain Assessments and prepare for each client discovery call.
• Map current processes step by step, including decisions, handoffs, exceptions, and the steps AI can take over.
• Write an agent spec card for every agent: trigger, inputs, knowledge, tools, outputs, approval rules, autonomy level, and success measures.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a role like business analyst, operations consultant, solutions architect, process improvement, or automation consultant.
• Proven skill mapping business processes into clear diagrams and documentation.
• Hands-on understanding of AI agents and automation, including what Claude and ChatGPT can do reliably and how n8n, Make, or Zapier connect tools.
