AI Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
About the role
Senior, hands-on role whose work is generating leads for US and Philippine accounts: AI-made creative, paid ads, landing pages, and follow-up automations that include AI agents. The body states pay of ₱100,000 to ₱200,000 a month. The title's upper figure is ₱250K.
What you'll do
- Plan and run lead generation campaigns from start to finish for US and PH markets.
- Build and launch paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok and improve them on CPL and ROAS.
- Make AI-generated videos, ads and social posts for every platform.
- Build landing pages and funnels.
- Set up marketing automations from lead capture through CRM, email, SMS, or Messenger to booked calls, including AI agents.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of lead gen results with numbers you can share.
- AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, Midjourney, ChatGPT or Claude, CapCut, or ElevenLabs.
- Landing pages in GoHighLevel, Lovable, Webflow, Framer, ClickFunnels, or WordPress.
- Automation with Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, or CRM setup.
- Paid ads in Meta, Google, and TikTok, including pixel and conversion tracking.
