AI Consultant

About the role

Notion CFO & Advisors wants an AI consultant to turn accounting, tax, and admin workflows into repeatable AI-assisted systems.

What you'll do

• Work with the team to understand how accounting, tax, and administration work gets done.
• Turn manual processes into repeatable systems, including document intake, recurring reporting, and first-draft preparation.
• Build draft summaries, status trackers, checklists, templates, and reusable prompts for the team.
• Connect tools so information flows between systems.

Requirements

• 2 years of daily, hands-on AI use in a professional context, with AI already central to the work.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, including Claude Co-Work or a similar AI workspace.
• Able to take an ambiguous process and make it structured and repeatable.
