AI Agent Developer

About the role

Key Responsibilities: AI Agent Development: - Design and develop custom AI agents for business operations, customer service, sales, administration, research, and other workflows. - Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, taking actions, and completing multi-step tasks.

What you'll do

• Design and develop custom AI agents for business operations, customer service, sales, administration, research, and other workflows.
• Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, taking actions, and completing multi-step tasks.
• Develop agents that can use external tools, APIs, databases, websites, documents, and business applications.
• Create agent workflows that determine when to answer, ask questions, search for information, perform an action, or escalate to a human.

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Strong experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and how AI agents operate.
• Experience with AI APIs such as Anthropic and/or OpenAI.
