About the role
The assistant works directly with the founder of an Irish company that builds AI-driven operations for agencies, starting as a right hand and taking over client systems one at a time. The founder has already worked with people from the Philippines through Upwork and OnlineJobs.ph.
What you'll do
- Map how a business actually works, laying out flowcharts of how a client gets customers, delivers, and gets paid.
- Find the bottleneck: which part of the system is holding the company back and what to fix first.
- Build the systems from those flowcharts in Notion and GoHighLevel, using Claude and other AI tools.
- Turn what is built into procedures other people can follow from a recording or a live walkthrough.
- Take ownership of one process at a time, including improving it.
Requirements
- No prior experience with Notion or GoHighLevel is needed; the founder will teach the workflows.
- Part time to start, around 20 hours per week.
- Signs of exceptional performance or thinking.
- Comfortable with live Zoom build sessions: screen sharing and taking each task as it becomes clear.
