Full-Time AI Creative Strategist & Video Editor

About the role

We're a fast-growing social media agency hiring a full-time AI Creative Strategist to analyze posted-video data, create raw AI clips, and assemble polished short-form videos.

What you'll do

• Analyze the performance of posted videos and understand WHY certain content wins or loses
• Use data to create a feedback loop and continuously improve future videos
• Identify winning hooks, formats, angles, pacing, and creative patterns
• Write and improve short-form scripts based on research and performance data
• Turn raw footage and AI-generated assets into high-retention short-form content
• Generate AI images, videos, avatars, voices, and other creative assets using tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Veo3
• Quality check all AI outputs before using them in content

Requirements

• EXTREMELY STRONG ENGLISH - WRITTEN, SPOKEN, AND COMPREHENSION
• Experience editing short-form content - PORTFOLIO REQUIRED
• Strong proficiency in CapCut
• Comfortable working with data and using it to improve creative decisions
• Willing to learn copywriting, marketing, AI, editing, and content strategy
• Currently working with NO OTHER CLIENTS. All work commitment should be on this role.
• Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
