About the role
Full-time writer for communities focused on artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and business growth. The role produces up to five weekly newsletters and one daily newsletter from community conversations and trainings.
What you'll do
- Write, edit, and prepare up to five weekly community newsletters and one daily newsletter.
- Review Facebook Groups, Skool communities, live trainings, recordings, and transcripts for stories.
- Interview members, instructors, and guests, then turn recordings into newsletter stories.
- Use AI tools to summarize, organize, repurpose, edit, and improve content without robotic writing.
- Feature member wins, lessons from trainings, announcements, tools, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent writer who can make information clear and easy to read.
- Highly proficient with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools, and able to build prompts and workflows.
- Skilled at interviewing and working from recordings and transcripts.
- Excellent written English, grammar, and proofreading.
- Some availability during United States business hours; remaining work can be done on Philippine hours.
- Put Community Newsletter Pro at the start of the application and include writing samples plus expected monthly salary.
