• Use strong visuals, pacing, AI UGC, and AI B-roll.
• Switch editing style across products and audiences during the week.

Requirements

• Full-time.
• Starting pay stated as $1,500–3,000/month.
• $500 bonus for every ad that becomes a winner; bonuses are uncapped.
