About the role

Hands-on Lead AI Video Editor for a fast-growing e-commerce brand. Create AI video ads, generate reusable B-roll, and help train the existing Philippines-based editor.

What you'll do

• Create AI video ads from start to finish and generate reusable B-roll
• Experiment with new concepts, storytelling styles, and formats using Seedance, Kling, Google Omni, Grok
• Bring your own AI workflows or help build better ones to improve quality and speed
• Share techniques with the existing Philippines-based editor and improve team output
• Hit a production target of around 3 videos per day, approximately 60 seconds each

Requirements

• Experienced AI Video Editor, hands-on not management-only
• Able to create ads using Seedance, Kling, Google Omni, Grok or similar
• Willing to train and support an existing editor in the Philippines
• Able to work directly with the founder
