Automation Builder (AI-Assisted) – Make + GoHighLevel + ClickUp

About the role

We're a fast-growing real estate and property management company that runs on automation. Our core tools are Make, GoHighLevel (GHL), and ClickUp, and we use AI tools (Claude, Claude Code) in everything we build. We're hiring an Automation Builder.

What you'll do

• Build automations from written specs in Make (webhooks, filters, routers, field mapping)
• Build workflows, pipelines, and automations in GoHighLevel from specs
• Build and update ClickUp structures (lists, statuses, custom fields, templates) from specs
• Use Claude and other AI tools to build faster; this is expected, not a nice-to-have
• Test everything you build and fix what breaks

Requirements

• You already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of how you build
• You have hands-on experience in Make, Zapier, or n8n
• You understand webhooks, APIs, and JSON at a practical level
• You test your own work before calling it done
• You communicate clearly in English
