• Run Facebook ad accounts for lead gen and ecommerce as an AI-first media buyer
• Own strategy and reporting and say what to test next
• Manage multiple ad accounts
• By day 30-60, tell the team what to test rather than waiting for a task list

• Able to decide what gets tested, build it, and own reporting
